Abdullah, Najib, afraid to meet the press?

Why did prime minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and his deputy Najib Tun Razak escape the press last night, after the UMNO supreme council meeting in Kuala Lumpur?

Ashamed to answer why PAS has snubbed their invitations for dialogues while they (UMNO) still want to pursue them? To talk about Islam this time. What about “Malay unity” ? Rejection is painful, isn’t it?

What about feeling ashamed that the US has ‘interfered’ largely by telling you to your faces to observe the rule of law in Anwar Ibrahim’s latest sodomy case?

That’s like a slap in the face. Abdullah’s policy paper, Malaysian Insider even remarked that only Myanmar, Sudan and Zimbabwe could afford to ignore International opinion. But no, not Malaysia.

Doesn’t this tell you something?

And Najib, afraid you might flip flop when the press pursue you again for answers on Raja Petra Kamaruddin’s latest revelation that you and Saiful Bukhairy had planned the sodomy allegations against Anwar? Remember RPK has the video tape?

It’s rare that the two leaders refrain from having a press conference after their meetings.

They are often only too happy to meet the press after their long and boring get-to-gethers. The poor journalists. I know they often have to wait long and hard because one never knows when the meetings will end.

It could be anytime from 9pm to midnight or beyond. I know, I’ve been there.

These are the times when journalists sit around and ‘gossip’ or just update their peers on the current happenings while all the time complaining about having to wait for those goons to finish plotting their next move to fool the nation.

What big strategy are they planning this time until they have nothing to say except “no comment”?

Until they could not face the waiting journalists and headed for a quick exit?

I wished they’ll make the same quick exit out of our lives soon.

Hahaha you all in deep shit!
